Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; however,  we must account for therapist schedules as well.  Therefore, we do not issue refunds. If you do not show for your scheduled appointment time or reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, cancellation fees will apply according to our policy below:

 • No-shows and appointments cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the reserved appointment time will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that opening.
